The Job Role
The right candidate will be responsible for onboarding payroll contractors and working across multiple systems providing high level customer service for clients.
You will be required to answer a wide range of query’s via email and telephone and will be attending occasional on site visits to build relationships with existing clients and contractors.
You will have the ability to work to your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills
- Good at building relationships with external clients and internal colleagues
- Exceptional ability to multitask
- Ensure that you can work with SLA timeframes
- Well presented
- Great organisation skills
- Literate in a variety of MS packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
