BA/Systems Analyst - Hammersmith - £65k
Are you an experienced BA or Systems Analyst looking to work for the UK's leading and award-winning gift list company?
You will:
Analyse and translate requirements from business stakeholders into clear and actionable User Stories
Support Product Owners and Key Users through all stages of the software development lifecycle (including specification, documentation and User Acceptance Testing).
Evaluate business processes and related functionality, providing functional and technical feedback to the Product Owners.
- Support development teams by providing high level requirements (epics) and support on new functionality and system enhancements, and helping improve business processes and practices
Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a B2C environment is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to provide actionable insight from data analysis (e.g. using Access, Excel, GA, SQL etc.)
- A solid understanding and experience of QA and Software Testing
- Experience of working closely with software developers (and comfortable around code)
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and technical engineering best practices is highly advantageous (e.g., TDD, CI/CD etc.)
- Strong level of commercial acumen to ensure understanding of business value and implications of the team’s technical deliverables is key
