Business Analyst, Leicester (perm)
I’m currently working with an established but growing business, based in Leicester, who are looking to recruit 2 Business Analysts to join their team. One of the BAs will work closely with the IT Development team, the second will work on a combination of business change and IT projects.
Experience/skills:
* Ability to elicit and document Business Requirements to enable the technology teams to deliver effect solutions
* Ability to obtain requirements sign off from Business Stakeholders
* Ability to create user stories
* Ability to identify Business Benefits
* Ability to test software in a Systems and UAT capacity
* Ability to lead the business areas in UAT
* Ability to support development teams in understand the requirements
* Experience Process Mapping and Process Re-engineering
* Strong Stakeholder Management
* Experience in working with the following methodologies; Agile, Waterfall, Iterative
At present, the IT and Change Teams are working remotely and it’s likely that this will continue for some time to come. Post-COVID they are anticipating a combination of on-site working and home working.
An ideal candidate is a dynamic problem solver who is organised and has the ability to quickly report and escalate problems for resolution. You will also be a logical thinker who can articulate yourself well to a varied audience.
