Harvey Nash are working with a welcoming brand based in Manchester as they seek to hire a Business Applications Manager.
Reporting directly into the IT Director, this is a key role that acts as a bridge and unites focus between the Business and IT. In addition to this, this role will work to manage and provide structure to the existing team of Business Analysts/Project Managers where responsibilities include resource allocation and skills development. It will also be within the remit of this role to effectively manage supplier relationships by building strong relationships with IT suppliers, monitor these using KPI's and drive improvement across contracts performance.
On the whole, the person successfully appointed to this position will work to provide structure and direction across the portfolio of projects and present these as a cohesive portfolio delivery schedule.
As a business that is about to embark on a digital journey this is an opportunity to spearhead change and lead with direction in this establishment.
