Are you an experienced Business Change Project Manager who is available to work on a 12 month Fixed Term contract?
Our client is on an enterprise wide transformational journey and requires additional resource to compliment an existing change function.
You will be responsible for supporting the change portfolio with implementing a coherent and consistent approach to managing business change with regard to physical and people based change project. In particular, you will be responsible for managing a large Office 365 rollout.
The overall responsibilities extend to:
- Managing business change activities(Technical and non-technical) when adopting Office 365
- Producing standards and tools for business readiness
- Developing resources and processes to build organisational capability
- Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders in relation to the up and coming changes, helping to develop effective models to facilitate new ways of working.
Skills and knowledge
- Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of programme management methodology
- Knowledge of using project planning tools
- Effectively implementing business change strategies
- Supporting organisations with business transformation using sound methodologies and tools
- You will be experienced in dealing with and managing change in large Office 365 rollouts including security aspects and introducing new behavioural changes
- Experience with Microsoft Flow for Automation is highly regarded
