Change Analyst
Harvey Nash have been engaged by a prestigious organisation to source and secure and experience Change Analyst. The Change Analyst will be working across a number of Divisions responsible for change management measurements and tracking regular MI for Operations.
The Change Analyst will be working at Group level, responsible for reviewing Change Requests against agreed processes - challenging where necessary - and creating the Change Advisory Board artefacts.
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience within a Change Analyst / Change Analysis role
- Knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) Tools and Frameworks
- Experience of working in a complex, ideally multisite, organisation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, ability to challenge and influence where needed
