CRM Functional Specialist- Microsoft Dynamics- Guildford- 12-15month FTC- £50,000
Are you a CRM Functional Specialist with expert knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
This well known organisation are about to complete a digital transformation, rolling out Microsoft Dynamics to extend support to additional areas of the business, so a really exciting time to join the business!
The Opportunity
You will be joining the CRM team in Guildford as a CRM Functional Specialist supporting customer service, marketing and internal business process activities, across the business through the effective use of MS Dynamics CRM.
You will be a hands on technical lead who will have the ability to make complex configuration changes to support required business processes.
You will provide technical expertise and support for the CRM and associated systems, enabling optimal leveraging for the functionality offered by the system for the varying needs, user dependant!
Who you are
- Experience Microsoft Dynamics system configuration and implementing technical changes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to end users.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and process analysis techniques.
- Ability to manage issues, risks and problems from identification through to resolution.
Who you’ll be
- Provide in depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and evaluate business processes against the standard functionality.
- Configuration and customisation of MS Dynamics, including creation and maintenance of workflows
- Responsible for scoping, designing and implementing solutions within the systems
- Supporting stakeholders to clearly define requirements
- Take ownership of escalated issues and progress through to resolution, engaging with suppliers and external partners as necessary
