Digital Designer
Harvey Nash are working in partnership with innovative and award winning Digital business who are shortlisting creative Web designers to join their brilliant team, based from their HQ in Leeds city center.
The salary is up to 40,000 and the team benefit from flexible working hours, work from home and a generous holiday allowance.
As an experienced Designer with Web and Brand Design skills you will work closely with product owners, marketing and development to create dynamic designs whilst continuously championing the customer.
Working as part of this vibrant agency you'll be working across web and mobile projects, balancing the needs of global brands and their audiences to deliver a range of solutions from big ideas through to user journeys and finely tuned design systems.
Your experience
Proven design experience with a specific focus on ecommerce brands
Good understanding of interaction design, including common UI patterns
Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and UI designs using standard software such as Sketch, InVision or Adobe CS.
A track record of designing amazing visuals while adhering to branding guidelines
An understanding of accessibility standards (we aim to be the most inclusive platform out there).
Some knowledge or willingness to learn about HTML and CSS
An understanding of Agile project management approaches
The business also champions personal development and provides a training budget and paid for conferences.
