Harvey Nash’s public sector client currently have two job openings for a Document Controller – a 23 month contract and a 6 month contract. The roles will be based onsite at the clients office in the West End of Edinburgh. Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the safeguarding of individuals’ information and evidence gathered during the various stages of the organisations investigations and case studies and supporting and delivering upon a range of functions relating to information management.
Main Duties:
- Process incoming correspondence and evidence received by the organisations to meet deadlines for legal analysis to be conducted.
- Catalogue and digitise evidence received by the organisation.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the safe return of hard copy records received by the organisation.
- Maintain an accurate record of information received by using the organisations electronic Record and Document Management system.
The rate on offer for this role is £123.60/day which will be paid via an Umbrella company. Applicants must hold, or have already applied for, a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland. Please click the link to apply.
