IT Operations Analyst, North Yorkshire, Up to £33k DOE
Are you an IT Operations Analyst and open to new and exciting opportunities?
Harvey Nash are partnering with Drax Power Group to search for a talented IT Operations Analyst to join the greatest renewable generator in the UK on a permanent basis in Selby, North Yorkshire. Drax Power Group has been on a major transformation journey and ships millions of tonnes of fuels worldwide, influences ports UK wide and now with an ever-increasing presence in the United States is starting to gage major traction and branding across the globe.
We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Analyst who has proven experience working in an operational IT role with experience in IT change administration and asset management frameworks.
What does this role entail?
* Being responsible for change management measurement and the production of regular management information analysis for Operations
* Reviewing change requests and checking for compliance against agreed processes whilst liaising with Group IT Operations, wider IT, project teams and business approvers
* Creating Change Advisory Board artefacts and checking status of allocated actions and approvals
* Supporting and management change requests activities through the change management processes
What we're looking for?
* Proven experience in an operational IT role
* Knowledge of IT Service Management tools, principles and best practices
* Experience in operating processes and procedures
* Experience in report production with the ability to communicate data in a meaningful format to stakeholders through articulating requirements, expectations and desired outcomes
* Analytical and logical thought processes
