Are you a Project Manager looking for your next career move and the opportunity to progress and grow within a fantastic organisation?
You will support the organisation on several business changes projects enabled by technology throughout the full project lifecycle including the selection, procurement and integration of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Creating the project plans, with the support of the project team, and tracking progress to ensure the project is kept on track and budget
- Ensuring all formal project controls (Risks, Issues, Changes, Dependencies and Assumptions) are visible and managed appropriately and communicated to the CIO and other key stakeholders
- Supporting communication to key project stakeholders throughout the duration of the project ensuring a high level of confidence and morale is maintained
- Agreeing internal project resource requirements and timescales with project leads and managing the assignment and release of all project resources.
- Ensuring that the project adheres to the established governance and quality standards which includes, but is not limited to, running weekly progress meetings and reporting, ensuring deliverables meet quality criteria
Technical Skills and Experience
(including qualifications)
- Project Management qualifications Prince 2 foundation (minimum), MSP etc.
- Experience of using MS office programmes, particularly; Word, Excel, Power Point and Project
- Able to work at pace and deliver multiple objectives simultaneously to challenging deadlines
- Good analytical skills
- Experience of running other business change projects enabled by technology

- Work effectively with team/work group or those outside of the formal line of authority (e.g. peers and Senior Managers) to accomplish organisational goals
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and peers outside of the department
NOTE - The role requires MV Vetting, which is criminal and financial clearance, which can be applied for upon offer of the position.
