Junior Sales Executive (remote), permanent, £20,000 - £25,000 + bonuses
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional, who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and excellent communicator. The primary focus of the role is to work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. You will support marketing led campaigns, understanding the prospect/customers business, discovering needs and pain points, their position in the buying journey and to then qualify/unqualify the lead.
There is significant opportunity for career progression in the future.
Responsibilities:
* Researching prospective organisations that can benefit from company’s products and services, and identifying decision-makers in those organisations
* Calling prospects and engaging in conversations designed to discover sales opportunities to generate qualified leads
* Gaining commitment from prospects by booking meetings
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues on marketing campaigns, and pre and post follow ups from events Personal skills
* Ability and motivation to self-generate leads and opportunities through a variety of sources, including your own networking, event planning and online activity
* Ability and attitude to meet and/or exceed results and activity targets
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload to achieve required personal and organisational objectives
* Experience working with Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn etc
* Computer & IT literate, including Microsoft Office suite
* Previous experience in a B2B sales environment would be desirable
We are looking for a charismatic, driven individual with a natural aptitude for sales. The successful person should be able to demonstrate they are informative and passionate about the business and its products after training.
