Harvey Nash’s public sector client are currently looking to recruit a Programme Management Office Coordinator to join their team in Glasgow (working from home until at least early 2021). You will be working on an exciting programme relating to the Scottish Broadband Voucher scheme.
Main Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Programme Functions, including facilitation and administration of meetings, workshops, and other team related matters.
- Support the Programme Office Lead with monitoring and management of all Programme Management processes, including the following:
- Programme milestone plans and reporting tools;
- Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) log; and
- Analyse project information to ensure any risks or issues are escalated appropriately, and to identify better ways to support the Programme with decision-making.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure management processes are effectively delivered and information is effectively communicated.
Essential Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Analyst Coordinator or similar role and familiarity with risk management, quality assurance control and other project management processes. Prince 2 Foundation qualification or recognised equivalent.
This role is a 12 month initial contract that has been deemed INSIDE IR35 by the client, therefore the use of an Umbrella company is required. The rate on offer for this role is £170 - £200/day.
