Project Administrator - Fixed Term Contract, until Feb 2020 (Maternity Cover). Approx. £35,000pa
We’re working with a well-established commercial building consultant business based in the centre of Nottingham as they look for a Project Administrator to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract until Feb 2020, on Maternity Cover.
As a Project Administrator you will be joining the Programme Management team within the Business Transformation and Technology department. The team are responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of a portfolio of Business Change and IT projects. The portfolio currently covers; digital business and surveying, business applications, service and infrastructure and risk and compliance projects with budgets normally in the range £10k- £1m.
This position is a Fixed Term contract ending in February 2020, the role will provide a range of project administration support across the team and make a significant contribution to establishing and evolving these processes for the successful governance and delivery of projects.
We need you to have experience of the following:
* Strong PMO/project coordination and administration experience working in a busy project centric environment.
* A proven track record of project delivery, supporting a number of projects delivered into the business.
* Strong communication and organisation skills to balance and coordinate key priorities.
* Proficient with MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, APM, Agile), tools and techniques.
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills with an attention to quality and detail.
