Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager - Technical
Location: Derby, this role will currently be fully remote with a view to 2-4 days a week at home following returning to the office
Salary / Benefits: to £75,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. pension, holidays, flexible and remote working, etc
Company: Harvey Nash are proud to exclusively represent a software house in Derby who are about to take a number of their products on a journey. This role will be critical in one of their most successful product areas and we’re looking for someone who really can contribute and see the bigger picture along with replicating across existing and new product lines.
Role: It’s fairly unique, this is a growth role, not replacing someone who’s started the process but working directly with the CTO to build out a real tech/product strategy as they move from a project to product mindset; whilst there is a small team of Product Owners you’ll walk into something mostly untouched and be able to put your own stamp on things. You will also be able to mentor and develop those around you into a product first mindset. You’ll be the direct interface between technology and product, carry the vision and ensure that everyone is on track whilst playing a pivotal role in the businesses product vision moving forward; overseeing some market leading tech and own the product roadmaps.
It goes without saying that this role will work across the business, working with different functions; PO, Dev, QA, Test, Operations, Delivery, etc; so we’re looking for someone who can turn their hand to different stakeholders and effectively carry out ‘the plan’.
The Person: We’re looking for someone who wants an opportunity, the chance to make something their own and really take ownership of the product agenda moving forward. Along with opportunity we need someone with a track record of delivering and executing their vision and getting others to buy into the overall vision around product as mindset. If you’ve moved into this type of role from a technically hands-on role then that will be hugely beneficial but it is not essential that you’ve cut code per say.
In return they are offering a generous salary; to £75,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. pension, holidays, flexible and remote working, etc. This role will currently be fully remote with a view to 2-4 days a week at home following returning to the office so being local to the East Midlands would be beneficial.
