Harvey Nash are currently searching for a Service Delivery Analyst for our market-leading client based in Birmingham, who are in the midst of setting up a new Azure Cloud provision within a large programme in the business. The role will be supporting the Service Delivery Manager in ensuring delivery deadlines are met, reviewing operational supplier performance reports, and highlighting potential productivity enhancements.
The contract will be going on a 6 month basis and is outside IR35, with a rate between £350-£400 per day depending on experience.
The role will be responsible for:
- Producing and reporting and KPIs to measure the health of the service.
- Engage with stakeholders in the IT function to gather information regarding the perception of supplier services.
- Assisted the IT Service Delivery Manager to proactively monitor the third party vendor, against SLA's.
- Managing, measuring and reporting on key service level metrics and other related analysis, as required; this is to include customer relationship management, obtaining and responding to feedback.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
- IS027001 or similar ISMS knowledge.
- ITILv3.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, dealing with employees at all levels and providing services accordingly.
- Experience of leading and working with individuals outside your immediate team, with the ability to influence and lead delivery.
- Experience working with Azure delivery.
- Experience working with SAP is also highly desirable, but not essential.
