Service Desk Manager, Atherstone, £375-425 p/d, 2-month contract
My prestigious Client based in Atherstone is looking for a proactive Service Desk Manager to join their ever growing team on a 2-month contract basis.
Your new role:
* You will help with the BAU running of the Request team
Your skills & experience:
* A proven track record working as a Service Desk Manager
* Desirable experience: Continual Service Improvement, Knowledge Management & Request Management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
