Software Support, 1st line support, helpdesk - Leeds
My client urgently requires a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk / Software Support professional to join their organisation ASAP.
Based in Central Leeds, this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to work in a technology driven company. This role is to provide pure support to our clients software product, so any general experience on software support / helpdesk would be nice but as the product is bespoke experience isn’t essential.
The most important thing is to be eager to learn!
You will enjoy solving problems and seeing issues through to resolution. There will be a small amount of work with hardware, desktop, servers and networks but on the whole this is a software related role.
You will be the first point of contact on behalf of our client. Therefore you must have outstanding communication skills.
