Talent Acquisition Operations Manager – Banking, Financial Services
Contract: £400 to £450 per day, 6 Months

Leading Investment Bank is seeking an Operations Manager to join them on an initial six month contract in Canary Wharf. You will be acting as an EMEA lead for various regional and global recruitment initiatives and projects, including implementing WorkDay & Avature. Any prior experience of this is useful as is experience within Financial Services / Banking.
Essential requirements:
- Prior experience working as an operations manager or project manager on recruitment / talent acquisition based projects.
- Experience working within Talent Acquisition in an Investment Bank or Financial Services with strong knowledge of recruitment processes within global organisations.
- Must have experience working with or implementing WorkDay or Avature.
- You will have demonstratable experience working with recruitment partners.
- Able to manage senior stakeholders in global locations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
