Automation Business Analyst
Offices in London and Southampton (option to be fully remote)
Up to £75,000 base salary

My client is looking for talented Automation Business Analyst to join their team who are embarking on a significant transformation journey.

You will be collaborating with developers, product managers, and client-facing teams, you will be actively involved in implementing and addressing Group requirements. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in a technical realm, such as software development, computer services delivery, or regulated financial services. Your exceptional skills in evaluating and analysing information, coupled with the ability to elucidate complex solutions, set you apart.

Skills and Experience:

• 8 + years' demonstrable experience of working as an automation focused Business Analyst
• O365 / Power Apps / Power Automate skills.
• A professional qualification such as BCS
• Previous Robotic Process Automation / Intelligent Automation experience
• Understanding of business improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma would be an advantage.
• Understanding of the Financial Services industry and Fund Administration business would be an advantage.
