Client Support Specialist

A leading digital assets firm is looking to hire a Client Support Specialist.

You would be responsible for:

* Providing 1st line support to clients

* Onboarding new clients

* Triage technical issues and implementing fixes where no coding or infrastructure set up is required

Therefore, they are looking for candidates with experience in the following:

* Client service or onboarding experience in Crypto, FICC or equities

* Experience of electronic trading environment - understand the type of messages and general message flow

* Experience working with market data feeds

* FIX messaging, Rest API or Websocket exposure/experience a bonus

This role can be based in London or Dubai. If you are living in London, you must have right to work in the UK.
