Change PMO - Financials A Leading Financial Services business are looking to hire a PMO who will be focused on the project financials and ideally have a background in multiple Change projects. <ul><li>£400- £500 per day (Inside IR35/Umbrella or PAYE only)</li><li>The role is an initial 6 month contract with scope to roll into a couple of years</li><li>The role is a Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office, 2 from home)</li><li>Based in London</li></ul>Profile SummaryThe Business Change (BCA) team provides specialist project management support to all business functions in managing both business process, organisational and technology-led change. This team also encompasses a centralised EMEA PMO function and Portfolio governance oversight. ISD COO responsibilities include Business and IT Strategy Alignment, Customer Success Management, supporting the CIO in developing and delivering workforce strategy, including D&amp;I and general HR engagement. In addition, the and the team also manages New Product Committee governance across EMEA. The RoleReporting to the Head of EMEA PMO and Business Management, you will be responsible for performing a combination of governance &amp; financial administrative duties across the portfolio of projects that your &#39;IT Lead&#39; has overall delivery responsibility for. The portfolio and its underlying projects will vary over time in terms of structure, complexity, and size, and is likely to be diverse with a cross-functional reach. You will be expected to work with a range of PM&#39;s &amp; Senior Stakeholders, promoting best practice across core central process (see duties and responsibilities) that drive financial reporting across both the Capex and Genex project cost base. Financial Administration: perform day-to-day oversight and administrative duties that preserves strong data governance across core processes that capture workforce costs and enable accurate financial management and reporting across the portfolio of projects that you will support, duties include:<ul><li>Financial Planning: supporting your IT Leads through the annual planning and half yearly forecast process, collating demand in line with budget planning protocols and timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Portfolio Finance: maintain financial data to track against budgets, working closely with your IT Finance partner and PMO Governance peers to review month on month trends, resolve mis-bookings and highlight any negative trends (actuals vs. budget)</li></ul><ul><li>Hiring Governance: co-ordination of resource demand through the relevant governance process, onboarding new resources (raising IDMs) and tracking SOW renewals. Ensuring leavers are offboarded in timely manner.</li><li>Procurement Support and Control: ensuring requisitions are raised on time and in line with the procurement operating model and control points that are directly linked to third-party financial commitments.</li></ul><ul><li>Time Tracking Support and Control: maintenance of project and people related static (project server plans) that underpins the universal time tracking tool, oversight of the time entry and timesheet approval processes as well as any time related adjustments required to realign mismatches associated with the project team/resources that you support.</li></ul>Portfolio Governance and Reporting: provide oversight and administrative duties across the projects that underpin the portfolio that you support, duties include: <ul><li>Project Governance - Responsible for the central RAID, oversee the production of project status reports, critically challenging project RAG and status in line with project governance guidelines. Ensuring Ringi workflows and relevant governance documentation is raised and submitted on time, this includes project initiation documents (PIDs) and drawdown requests.
