You'll be part of the Service Transition function, working closely with project teams, architects and key stakeholders to ensure that the new or changed IT services are introduced into live environments with minimal risk and maximum efficiency, following ITIL best practices.
As a Service Transition Analyst, you will play a critical role in planning and coordinating service transition activities for applications and infrastructure.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of ITIL Service Transition principles.
- Hands-on experience in application and infrastructure deployment projects.
- Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure and Operational Technology.
- Knowledge of patch management processes and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
