Business Analyst - Hybrid - Outside IR35
Harvey Nash is working exclusively with a well known University in the Manchester area. The organisation are looking for a Business Analyst, Outside IR35 on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical solution for the university's CRM project, focusing on student registration for new students enrolling.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate four schools into the new CRM system, transitioning them to an IVR solution.
- Contribute to the university's long-term vision of incorporating AI and chat bots into their systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience with CRM systems.
- Telephony experience, ideally with 8x8.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Azure experience
