Requirements
- Relevant experience in a client-facing or relationship manager role within a bank or the financial services practice of a consulting firm/analytics company.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry (Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Asset Management).
- Demonstrable experience in client focus, relationship building, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to manage challenging dialogues.
- Strong presentation skills, including to senior client stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding environment, coordinating with colleagues globally and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to determine a client's goals, desired outcomes, and success measures, predicting and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
