Head of Cyber Security and InfrastructureI'm currently supporting a professional services firm to help them onboard a Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to come onboard and lead the entire Cybersecurity landscape for the firm which includes threat protection strategy, management of the team and compliance with all relevant cybersecurity regulations. PurposeThe Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure will oversee the entire IT Cyber Security estate at the firm, adhering to the relevant Cyber security regulations. This role will continuously improve the internal security posture, identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber security risks, in accordance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. The role will also require internal people management of the team but also management of external third party vendors to ensure they are held to account to their contractual obligations at a price the firm deem to be fair. The individual will lead the Group's Cyber Security operations function, by providing strategic direction and coordinating day-to-day delivery of threat intelligence, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and ethical hacking capabilities. This role will lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring strong data controls are in place to develop a robust controlled environment. They will work closely with key stakeholders to establish responsibilities and ensure an end-to-end approach to cyber resilience is embedded in other functions. Business Analyst - KYC/AML/CDD - Building TOM A Leading Financial Services business are looking to hire a Business Analyst, ideally with extensive experience within KYC/AML/CDD projects and having set up new Target Operating Models on a Global scale. <ul><li>6 month initial contract (significant scope to roll)</li><li>£600 - £700 pd via Umbrella company (Inside IR35)</li><li>Based in London, City. </li><li>Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office (flexible)</li></ul> Overview This role will deliver the Business Analysis function for this project, working with teams across Financial Crime, Compliance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and IT in London and the other EMEA offices.The ideal candidate for this role is a Business Analyst with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex change projects within a corporate banking environment. The candidate should have<ul><li>Extensive knowledge and experience in business related activities ahead of a KYC/CDD platform implementation and should be able to demonstrate end-to-end delivery of business driven change within a financial services organisation.</li><li>Experience of delivering Client Onboarding, KYC/AML and CDD processes, ideally implementing a Client Onboarding platform solution across a number of regions/jurisdictions with common requirements across bank subsidiaries/Legal Entities (LE) while also identifying varied/unique requirements local to particular jurisdiction/s.</li><li>Knowledge in the areas of CLM / KYC / ALM to accurately interpret local regulations and compliance procedures.</li><li>Ability to develop policy documentation (front to back) through close collaboration with multiple teams and people.
