Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Senior Incident Manager, for a 12-month contract for a business in Glasgow.

  • Daily rate of £500 - £600
  • Hybrid working - 2 days onsite in central Glasgow.
  • Technology and Business Incident response and resolution.

We are seeking a Senior Incident Manager to join our clients high-performance technology and operations team. You'll be responsible for leading the response to critical incidents across the enterprise, ensuring rapid resolution, minimal business impact, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. This role is crucial in maintaining operational resilience, stakeholder trust, and good customer outcomes in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Experience required:

  • Financial services experience is essential
  • Strong experience of managing Technology incidents as well as managing the business impact and resolutions.
  • Team management.
  • Strong Operations, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure background.
  • Experience in working within an ITSM/ITIL framework.
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively communicating to a range of stakeholders including Executive Leadership, across the IT function and business customers and stakeholders.
  • Expert in Root Cause Analysis, ensuring controls are implemented to prevent recurrence of issues.
