You will shape and drive project delivery from a business change perspective, combining hands-on project management with strong business analysis and change leadership capabilities. A key aspect of this role will be the establishment/development of a (PMO) to support project delivery across the IT function.

I am keen to speak with any Project Managers with experience of acting as e change champion between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users ensuring change is delivered with people in mind.

Requirements

  • Track record of delivering change projects across business and ICT domains in a construction / house building environment
  • Hands on experience of business analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering
  • Strong understanding of people focussed change, with a tool kit that includes comms, training, impact assessment, behavioural adaptation and benefits realisation
  • Confident facilitator, capable of working across technical and non technical audiences
  • Adept in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Solid knowledge of data systems and digital platforms including Power BI and common ERP systems working effectively with architects, analysts and ICT teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shaping projects from the ground up and influencing without authority
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Positive happy disposition who drives and the right behaviours and living by our culture and ethics of 'Always doing the right thing'.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and standards, including ISO 27001.
  • Experience in implementing information security controls in IT projects.
  • Experience in establishing and developing a (PMO) is essential.
  • Demonstrable ability to produce clear and concise written documentation, including process workflows, control maps, and Gantt charts.

This role would suit a Change focussed PM, with experience of establishing and developing a PMO. Ideally within commutable distance of Staffordshire.
