The Identity and Access management (IAM) engineering team is looking for outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communications, and influencing capabilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM.
What you will be responsible for
As an application support engineer, you will:
- Have proven technology expertise in areas including Systems Engineering and full Software development life cycle (analysis, design, and execution).
- Technology expertise in troubleshooting applications built in Java, Autosys, SQL
- Knowledge of incident, problem, change process handling along with DevOps
- Good Demonstration and Documentation skills (should be independent to write RCA, SOP's and KB development).
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (BS)
- Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organisations
- Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale IAM Systems
