We are currently seeking a Rollout Engineer for an exciting new contract opportunity based in the North East.
As a Rollout Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a Windows 11 upgrade across a user base of over 2,000 employees. Working alongside another experienced engineer, you'll be responsible for the hands-on rollout, ensuring minimal disruption to users and maintaining high standards of technical support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Windows 11 across desktop and laptop devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during the rollout.
- Provide on-site support to end users, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain rollout schedules and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of completed upgrades and outstanding tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in desktop rollout or migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11.
- Familiarity with imaging tools, deployment software, and endpoint management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to travel to Middlesbrough and work on-site 5 days per week.

- Rate: up to £228.61 p/d
