Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join a high-profile programme supporting the development and transformation of a Case Management System. This role involves working across multiple workstreams, including feature development, platform engineering and a large-scale document migration.
Key Responsibilities
Feature Development
- Deliver enhancements such as the Message Centre and Strategic Events Platform
- Support onboarding and BAU releases
- Provide consultancy and onboarding for consumers of platform APIs
- Respond to ad hoc business change requirements
Platform Engineering
- Maintain and enhance core components including Documentum, RHEL, and SFT Agent
Migration
- Lead the migration of approximately 240 million documents from a legacy repository to the new CMS
Technical Environment
We are looking for candidates with experience in the following technologies:
- Programming/Scripting: Java, Rust, Bash, Python
- Cloud: AWS
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
- CI/CD: GitLab
- Content Management: Documentum (server administration on Linux, DFC API layer)
