SalesForce Consultant/Analyst - sought by investment bank based in London - Contract
*inside IR35 - umbrella*
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first-line support for CRM users.
- Deliver training for user consistency and new functionality rollouts.
- Perform CRM administration (user setup, access rights, reporting).
- Assist CRM Manager with user guides and training materials.
- Support CRM change initiatives, including requirements gathering and release communications.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV).
- Maintain CRM policies and procedures.
- Support Salesforce Champion Communities, audits, and access reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within investment banking
