Project Manager - £500/day - Outside IR35 - Glasgow (Hybrid)
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of critical ICT projects across a complex public sector estate. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management, supplier coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent workstreams.
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are fully resourced, logically planned, and delivered on time. Key responsibilities include managing risks and issues, reporting progress to PMO and boards, overseeing finances, and ensuring third-party suppliers meet their obligations. You'll also support change management, communications, and smooth transitions into operational service.
To succeed, you'll need a proven track record in managing large-scale programmes, ideally in complex or regulated environments. Strong experience with MS Project, programme reporting, and working with senior stakeholders is essential. Familiarity with public sector or local government environments is desirable.
