Harvey Nash are searching for an Interim Director-level technology leader to provide assurance, coaching and resilience across their senior digital, delivery and change teams.
This role is not about line management or diving into technical detail, rather it's about bringing gravitas, assurance and live service experience to coach senior digital, delivery and change leaders, ensuring resilience during a period of high demand and significant change.
- Key focus areas:
- Act as a mentor and steadying influence for senior leadership
- Proven experience of running large-scale, high-volume cloud services
- Battle scars from running critical live services at scale (public sector or regulated enterprise ideal)
- Build confidence and cohesion in senior teams as they transition to a new operating model
- On-site a minimum of 2 days per week in Glasgow to establish trust and credibility
- Significant experience in highly complex, large-scale cloud environments is essential
