Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Payroll Comparison Test Lead, contract role until June 2026.
- Daily rate of £550 - £600
- Hybrid working - 2 days a week in Reading
- Inside of IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Help define/design PCT test execution
- Define environment requirements
- Help the payroll team define data requirements
- Support the Payroll team in collating ~1 month of manual payroll data adjustments
- Provide hands on support with data uploads to Oracle Fusion
- Work with Oracle Consulting to handle data files for comparison
Skills and Experience
- Be well versed in HSDL uploaders to Oracle HCM Cloud and its limitations
- Understand Oracle Payroll processes in both eBusiness Suite and Oracle Fusion
- Have previous experience in leading a PCT test phase with hands on experience of payroll reconciliation
