Harvey Nash is recruiting for a Business Change Lead for a 12-month contract inside of IR35.
- Daily rate is £500.
- This role is mostly working from home, with onsite visits to client side when required (Glasgow)
The role
Lead business change activities to support the successful implementation of an Outage Management System (OMS) across multiple operational and support functions.
- Plan and deliver engaging communication and stakeholder engagement activities, including newsletters, drop-ins, and targeted updates.
- Support training rollout in partnership with SMEs and learning teams.
- Identify and assess change impacts across business areas and support the development of mitigation strategies.
Sill set required:
- Proven experience leading business change within complex transformation programmes
- Previous experience of working in an industry such as Telecoms, energy, networks etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation
- Experience of planning and delivering change communications and engagement campaigns
- Experience of change impact assessments and business readiness planning
- Ability to work across multiple teams, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
