We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for our public sector end client, to lead the delivery of citizen-facing digital services within a cross-functional team. This is a high-impact role focused on improving user journeys and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead agile delivery across design, research, testing, and development workstreams.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain delivery plans, and produce progress reports.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment across departments.
  • Drive adherence to GDS standards and user-centred design principles.
  • Manage complex team dynamics and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in digital service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Experience of GDS standards and user-centred design (UCD) principles. (Essential)
  • Ability to plan and deliver across multiple workstreams in a structured, strategic way.
