We are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our client's growing Business Change team within a leading Newcastle based organisation. This role offers the chance to shape the way projects are delivered by embedding best-practice methodologies and leading a talented team of project managers.
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, embed PMP methodology and ways of working, as well as delivering high-impact projects.
Key Requirements
- PMP qualification and experience implementing PMP methodology. (This is Essential)
- You must be able to be on site 5 days per week in this role. (This is Essential)
- Proven experience leading project management teams.
- Strong track record of delivering IT and business change projects.
- Knowledge of both agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to influence Senior stakeholders up to Director level.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
