Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Planning and Reporting Accountant, for an initial 3 month contract.

- Hybrid to Edinburgh
- Public Sector / Disclosure Scotland required
- Starting early 2026
The role will involve consolidation, reconciliation and reaching out to Finance and non-Finance staff to resolve/ confirm issues identified. Candidates must be strong in working with excel and can work with large volumes of data.
Criteria for the role:
- Qualified Accountant
- In-depth knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages, (e.g. 365, Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Public sector experience is preferred.
- Relevant experience within a complex organisation with demonstrable experience of delivering financial management advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
