The Role
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes using Agile principles. You'll remove blockers, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational goals and GDS standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams to deliver products and services effectively.
- Manage delivery plans, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise and deliver value.
- Ensure compliance with GDS and public sector best practices.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in public sector and GDS-compliant projects is required to apply for this role.
