Harvey Nash Executive Search are delighted to be working with our fast growing, UK HQ'd client to appoint a brand new IT Manager for their European operations. Our client is on an exciting growth journey, following successful acquisitions in Benelux, and a focus on continuing to expand their operations across Europe. We're looking for an outstanding , English speaking Technologist to join as their first technology leadership hire, responsible for all technology operations initially in the Netherlands and Belgium. This is a hybrid hands on & leadership role, the right individual will need to have a strong technical background spanning at least 10+ years. Your role will cover everything from due diligence on current IT operations, to ensure compliance and BCP/ DR are fit for purpose, to overseeing their enterprise applications and ensuring all Cyber security requirements are fit for purpose. You will form part of the wider Technology leadership team, reporting into the Group CTO however this is a role where we require someone to "roll there sleeves up" and get involved as and when needed. To be considered for this unique opportunity we need to hear from individuals who meet the following criteria: * Be Netherlands based with the unrestricted right to work in Europe * Be fluent in English and Dutch * Extensive Technology Background, spanning over 10 years * Specific experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications and software * Experience working in a leadership role, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders * Still retain some "hands-on" skills across the following: * Azure portal experience * Azure migration experience * Experience implementing and optimising MS Dynamics - specifically Business Central * Deep familiarity with the ISO27001 framework and a track record of implementing rigorous cyber security protocols * Experience of successfully managing IT Controls audits. * Fluency in English is essential alongside either Dutch or Flemish (additional skills in French and German are advantageous) If you'd like to find out more please apply by sharing your CV in the first instance to Harvey Nash.
