You will be instrumental in shaping a modern, professional internal IT department- from service desk implementation to infrastructure optimisation and future roadmap creation.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 maintenance and administration.
- Good experience in network infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Confident communication skills- comfortable engaging with users at all levels.
- Ability to work hands-on while developing scalable processes.
- Confident engaging and managing 3rd party vendors
