Harvey Nash are recruiting for a Oracle HCM Test Lead running until the end of July.
- Reading - two days per week (hybrid working)
- £550 - £600 a day - inside of IR35
- Must have extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as; Core-HR, Payroll, OTL, OFS, Absence, Talent, WFS
Key Responsibilities:
- Create UAT and PCT test plans
- Liaise and work closely with senior business SMEs to define the test scenarios & processes
- Support the business testers in writing the test scripts
- Report on test progress and engage with project management teams on key issues/blockers
- Complete test exit reports
Key Skills and experience:
- Impeccable stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of HCM modules including Core-HR, Payroll, OTL, OFS, Absence, Talent, WFS
- Proven ability to support enterprise level business units with test prep (incl. business scenario analysis, creation & scripting) and execution
- Extensive experience with testing end to end business processes across multiple applications and integrated ERP's
- Extensive experience with planning and support payroll comparison testing within Oracle HCM Fusion
- Hands on experience with testing HCM functional modules
