Application Support Engineer / Project Manager (Epicor Kinetic) - Outside IR35
Harvey Nash is currently recruiting for an exciting contract opportunity with a leading manufacturing client of ours based in Manchester, who are looking for an experienced IT professional to play a crucial role in the development and improvement of their Epicor Kinetic ERP system and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Requirements: They work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, ensuring that the projects they deliver meet the needs of the organisation.
- Evaluating Technologies: They evaluate current technologies and tools, in particular Epicor, to assess the current use and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring Quality: They are responsible for ensuring that the solution is of high quality, meets industry standards, and adheres to best practices.
- Project Management: Able to take full ownership of the delivery of project work to ensure the client is getting full use of their ERP, driving change and improvements aligned with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: They continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions, ensuring that they remain effective and efficient as business needs evolve.
