We're supporting a well‑established legal organisation in Liverpool as they look to bring in a Technical Business Analyst with hands‑on project management experience. This is a role for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating requirements and driving change across key legal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Support end‑to‑end project management activities across a range of IT and business change initiatives
- Work closely with legal teams to improve and optimise core systems
- Use SQL to analyse data, investigate issues, and support reporting needs
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Map as‑is and to‑be processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation
- Support testing phases, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution
