- We are seeking a relationship-driven Recruiter to support hiring for technical and cloud-based roles within AWS-focused teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sourcing, candidate engagement, and building long-term talent relationships rather than purely relying on traditional search techniques.
- You will partner closely with technical stakeholders to understand cloud and infrastructure requirements, proactively source high-quality candidates, and manage the full candidate lifecycle. A strong emphasis is placed on candidate care, re-engagement strategies, and building a personal recruiter brand that attracts talent over time.
- The ideal candidate thrives on creating meaningful connections, has experience working with technical/cloud roles, and brings strong communication skills, particularly in European languages such as German (highly preferred), Spanish, or French.
- Experience with functional/technical screening and string-based questioning is also valuable.
