Job Title: Associate Director - Corporate Finance
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Corporate Finance to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic development of the corporate finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Support the leadership and management of the Corporate Finance team alongside Directors and Partners
Lead and project manage corporate finance engagements, ensuring delivery within timelines and quality standards
Take ownership of project execution, identifying and resolving issues ahead of Partner review
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and strategic objectives
Contribute to the development of new and existing service lines
Identify and convert new business opportunities into Corporate Finance engagements
Play an active role in business development, proposals, and marketing initiatives
Promote and support cross-selling opportunities across the firm
Team & Leadership Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members
Conduct performance management, appraisals, and training
Provide coaching and guidance to support team member's career development
Act as a role model, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
Deliver clear, constructive, and timely feedback
Required Experience & Skills
ACA / ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant experience
Strong experience within a Corporate Finance / Transactions environment
Proven project management and leadership experience
Strong technical knowledge across corporate finance activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Experience
Experience in Capital Markets transactions and knowledge of relevant legislation
Track record in business development and client relationship management
