Harvey Nash's client is looking for a Lead Project Manager.

Essential Skills
- Agile/waterfall & Lean Methodologies: Mastery of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE 2 or SAFe to manage delivery and outputs.
- Proactive Risk & Dependency Management: Ability to identify potential risks early, create mitigation strategies, and often using a RAID log.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Ensuring clear reporting, managing expectations, and navigating conflict.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, and architecture to effectively communicate with developers and identify blockers, without needing to code.
- Planning & Operational Efficiency: Setting milestones, creating roadmaps, and optimizing delivery flows.
- Leadership & Team Coaching: Cultivating a high-performing team environment, motivating team members.
- Quality Assurance & Data-Driven Decision-Making: Prioritizing quality standards, conducting reviews, and using metrics to guide decisions.
- Commercial/Financial Awareness: Managing project budgets, vendor SLAs, and ensuring return on investment.
