Harvey Nash are partnered with a well-established, fast-growing digital consultancy who are expanding their Product function and looking to hire multiple Senior Product Managers.
This is a key hire where you will operate as a senior voice within product engagements, combining strategic thinking, hands-on delivery leadership and strong client influence. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while driving high-quality outcomes for users.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience operating as a Senior Product Manager within consultancy, Government, Public Sector or NHS environments
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability, with the credibility to challenge, influence and build senior relationships
- A strategic mindset with the ability to shape product vision, define outcomes and align delivery to measurable value
- Comfortable balancing product strategy with delivery execution in complex, fast-paced environments
- A natural leader, experienced in leading discovery, facilitating workshops and embedding user-centred design principles
- Pragmatic and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and make informed trade-offs
What you'll be doing:
- Leading product engagements end-to-end from discovery and shaping through to delivery and iteration
- Owning and communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders and delivery teams
- Acting as the bridge between business and delivery, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable priorities
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and product expertise
- Coaching and mentoring teams, creating clarity, context and direction to enable high performance
- Promoting and embedding user-centred, outcome-driven approaches across engagements
- Working across Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), ensuring consistent delivery of value
