We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to work hands‑on within an agile delivery team, operating across a wider multi‑team environment.
You'll own team‑level delivery planning, cadence, and RAID, maintaining delivery confidence through transparency, realistic commitments, and proactive risk management. You'll facilitate core agile ceremonies, drive momentum, remove blockers, and continuously improve team ways of working.
The role involves managing cross‑team dependencies, contributing to portfolio‑level planning and reporting, and engaging confidently with digital and non‑digital stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
Experience required:
- Proven Delivery Manager experience in agile, multi‑team environments
- Strong planning, forecasting, and RAID management skills
- Confident stakeholder engagement and dependency management
- Focus on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement
