£140,000 - £175,000 + bonus and benefits package
London/ UK Wide (2 days per week in the office)
Programme Director, Head of Delivery, Head of Transformation, Agile, SAFE, Scaled Agile, Scrum, Technology Delivery, Technology Transformation, Financial Services, Retail Banking, Change Delivery.
A leading Retail Bank are currently seeking a Technology Programme Director to join them on a permanent basis in London (flexibility to UK wide). The role would be responsible for a large tech transformation function, focused on the businesses retail banking offering.
The role requires very strong knowledge of agile methodologies and strong stakeholder management skills.
£140,000 - £175,000 + bonus and benefits package
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to lead and run multi-discipline teams
- Experienced leading technology strategy, large-scale IT system design and IT Delivery
- Extensive experience with Agile and DevOps Delivery methodologies
- Very strong Retail Banking knowledge
- Excellent record of successful delivery
Very strong management and team leadership experience - Very strong Stakeholder management skills
- Previous IT Operations or Change Delivery experience is needed
